Orders and Production
How long does production take?
All items are made to order. Most orders take 2 to 7 business days to produce before shipping. Please allow additional time during holidays or high-volume seasons.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Orders begin processing quickly. If you need a change, contact us within 12 hours at support@warbornsupplyco.com
Once production starts, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
Do you offer rush production?
Rush options depend on product type and availability. Contact us before ordering if you need something by a specific date.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Typical U.S. delivery timelines:
- Standard: 3 to 7 business days
- Express options may be available depending on region

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns and Issues
Do you accept returns?
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there is a defect or printing issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
Approved cases will receive a replacement or store credit.
