At Warborn Supply Co., every product is made to order, created especially for you the moment you place an order. This ensures we reduce waste, remain cost-efficient, and focus on producing purposeful gear that fuels our mission. Because of this made-to-order process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or preference-based reasons.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will always support our customers, especially when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
1. Made-to-Order Production
All Warborn Supply Co. items are produced through our print-on-demand partner. This means:
- Products are created individually once your order is submitted.
- We do not hold inventory and do not resell returned items.
- We cannot exchange or accept returns due to incorrect size selection, color variation, or a change of mind.
Please double-check size charts and product descriptions before ordering.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with any of the following:
- Misprint
- Manufacturing defect
- Damage
- Wrong item received
We will replace it at no cost to you.
What we need to process a claim:
Please email us at warbornsupplyco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect, misprint, or incorrect item
- For sizing/misprint issues, a photo of the product laid flat
Once verified, we will issue a free replacement.
3. Color Variations
Please note:
- Colors may appear slightly different due to screen calibration.
- Print results may vary between garments and materials.
These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Wrong Size Ordered
Because every item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Preferring a different fit
- Changing your mind after purchase
Please review the size charts provided on every product page prior to checkout.
5. Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order begins production, we cannot cancel or modify it.
If you need to update your order within the first few hours, please contact us immediately at support@warbornsupplyco.com
We will do our best, but changes are not guaranteed.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered, but you cannot locate it:
- Please wait 48 hours in case of carrier delays.
- Check with neighbors or apartment offices.
- Contact USPS or your local carrier for assistance.
If the package is still missing after these steps, reach out, and we’ll assist you with the next steps.
7. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided for a verified defective or misprinted product. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
